When we think of the word RESET, the first thing that usually comes to mind is starting over. For our ninth TITLE print issue, we decided to take this common perception and shift the perspective. At TITLE, RESET doesn’t have to mean restarting. We believe a reset can take you back to who you once were, who you want to become, and who you already are deep down. It is a way of finding back to yourself while exploring a new path of self-discovery and acceptance. Coming full circle with your true identity.
With this theme in mind, we flipped the format of this season’s print to read from back to front. Together with ANTIclub and The Ordinary, we took RESET and created a space where the mind, body, and soul can revitalize. A day full of yoga, spa, sauna, skin- and gut-friendly bites & beverages, and, of course, at the heart of the event: community.
Starting the day with Red Light Yoga led by Tijan Marei, our community got the chance to get in a good stretch, sweat, and full-body reset. Reset isn’t just a theme for our magazine; it’s a mentality we aim to further through each section of the event and our daily lives. Yoga is known to help release tensions, improve breathwork, and generally lift your spirits. The spa aftersession provided the perfect release following the yoga classes, sweating out the toxins in the sauna, or cooling off the stress (and summer heat) in the cold plunge.

“In a world built around constant stimulation, endless consumption, and the pressure to evolve continuously, knowing when to pause feels almost radical. We are taught to move forward, but rarely taught how to stop. How to listen. How to reconnect, especially with oneself. This issue explores exactly that.
The space between who we were and who we are becoming.”
– Neslihan Degerli, TITLE’s Editor-in-Chief. Read the full editor’s note in the RESET issue.

On the top floor of the ANTIspace, the community joined together for an exclusive preview of the RESET issue. On a rare, hot Berlin summer day, the room was filled with smiles, laughs, catch-ups, and nothing but positive energy to reset the stressful years of the past and the hectic years to come. Rather than a networking event, this was a get-together for our community, a revival of energy for newcomers, and a space for everybody to feel welcome and relaxed.
While wandering around the space viewing select editorials in large, Clara Rupp Dining guided attendees through a menu filled with healthy bites wrapped in aesthetic presentation. The spaces were filled with room scents by Retterspitz, both flowery and fresh, setting the tone for your senses to be at peace. Alongside Clara’s bites, guests could enjoy kombucha in the form of an odeuvre, or Roy Kombucha beverages. Liquid Lab provided smoothies that fulfilled matcha needs or fruity cravings, and Red Bull joined the party with their Organic line free from caffeine. Health isn’t just about what happens on the outside, but also the inside. An alcohol free, toxin-free space to cleanse your mind, body, and gut.

After viewing the spaces and cleansing the body, the guests were guided to a skin analysis led by The Ordinary. Here, they were able to get a one-on-one skin assessment to find out what their skin really needs and what they need from their skin. Emphasised through their slogan, ‘Breakouts Are A Journey’, The Ordinary was here to guide you to where your journey can begin. You could find your perfect skin match, whether that is Salicylic Acid 2% Solution, Sulfur 10% Powder-to-Cream Concentrate, Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%, or Aloe 2% + NAG 2% Solution. Each product has a different function and purpose. The goal is not to reach the beauty industry’s standard of ‘perfect skin’, but rather to reset your own personal relationship with your skin. Real skin.
